Sizing Information
Each piece is handmade from vintage towels and repurposed materials, so sizing may vary slightly. Our pants are labelled in kids' sizes 0-4, but feature an elastic waistband for a flexible fit that can be worn higher or lower on the waist, making them comfortable for growing kids.

Returns & Store Credit Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Returns are eligible for store credit only, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns Policy for Faulty Items
We take great pride in creating unique, handmade garments from vintage towels. Due to the nature of upcycled materials, slight imperfections and character are part of the charm. However, if your item arrives with a genuine fault beyond expected wear or craftsmanship standards, please reach out.

Faulty Item Returns
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello.wilderstore@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will assess the issue and let you know the next steps, which may include:

  • A full refund
  • A repair (if possible)
  • A replacement (subject to stock and fabric availability)

Important Notes

  • Faults do not include minor signs of previous use, fading, or irregularities in the fabric, which are part of working with vintage materials.
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed.
  • Return shipping for approved faults will be covered by us.
